For information about the tournament, read Mike and Kym's Welcome Letter. The registration and reception event (includes a buffet of salads, a taco bar, and desserts) will be held the afternoon of March 2nd with the tournament played March 3-6. The tournament will end with an Awards Banquet the evening of March 6th. Here is the Schedule of Events. Register for the tournament online by January 31st for the best price, or after that for an added fee until February 15th.
Here is information about room and golf rates and operators are standing by to take your room reservations online at the Tubac Golf Resort & Spa. The special Juneau Alaska Golf Group room rates are available for reservations starting from February 28th and available for two days after the tournament if rooms are available. However, you must call 1-800-848-7893 if you would like a checkout date after March 7th. Please note that the Juneau Alaska Golf Group rates are only for reservations made by Saturday, February 1, 2025. You can cancel 7 days prior to your arrival date to avoid being charged for your stay.
